I looked up your bike... it has a 24 speed Shimano drivetrain.

All Shimano rear derailleurs designed for indexed shifting (except for Dura Ace designed for 8 speed or less) will work.
All Shimano road front derailleurs designed for indexed shifting will work.
Any 6, 7, or 8 speed chain will work.
Any Shimano or compatible 8 speed cassette will work
Any triple crank should work.
