I spoke to Delegate Cardin about your offer to come down on Monday. That is up to you and your group of friends, but we would happily welcome you if you are here.

If you do come down we can try and get media to cover the ride and we can get the group introduced by Delegate Cardin from the floor of the House of Delegates and Senator Raskin from the floor in the Senate.
