OK -- just for sheer perversity....

If you take a standard suspension fork (26" wheel), and put it in place of a fork on a 20"-wheeled bike, BMX U-brakes will work for the 20" wheel. Choppers out the smaller bike. (V-brake/canti studs line up for that)
