I did do some research on old Tommasini road bicycles but did not come up with all that much. I do have an early eighties Tommasini "Prestige" with full Campy Super Record and I really like the bicycle. You are welcome to check out this article on MY "TEN SPEEDS", if you wish... Tommasini Prestige. You might even find some information there that will assist with your restoration.

My Tommasini is a bit newer than yours, I believe but I really cannot help much more with model identification. If the bike does have Campagnolo hubs, the inside face of a rear hub axle lock nut will have a two digit number indicating vintage. If not, check out the other components and compare model part numbers to the information on this web page - Date of Manufacture of Bicycle Components.
