Nice ride, left late but felt fast, I also decided to wear a surgeons mask to help cut down on my exposure to pollen. This, along with 2 Claritan a day, seems to really be helping-I haven't been suffering like years past. I had anticipated bad traffic once I hit DC but, it was quieter than usual. The nuclear summit is taking place today and tomorrow and everyone must be working from home so, I enjoyed a nice ride in and am I'm enjoying a quiet day at work. I hit the trails yesterday and my legs are feeling it right now. I got the 29er out and did a few laps at Laurel Hill. My legs felt surprisingly good for my first spin on the ss 29er and, the conditions were dry, fast and, fun, but, I'm paying for it now. Legs are a little tight and heavy feeling. We'll see what DC looks like on the way home today with all these diplomats zipping around town and rolling street closures.
