take your time and visit all of them and see if you can test ride some bikes. best way to get to know the shops and the bikes they carry. I enjoy meeting people and its interesting to see what different shops and people can offer to a conversation or research project - just be courteous of their time - their business is ramping up and they have to deal with lots of newbies who want to talk a lot!
