Grand Tours decide who is the best Grand Tour racer.
With a couple of exceptions. Think 2 who have won Yellow and Green and also won in Paris on a mass start stage. I know yuo know the 2, but for others they also happen to be the guys with the first and second most Grand Tour wins. (And come to think of it the only 2 guys to win all 3 competitions in the TDF at some point).
