I was looking to buy a new front wheel and a guy offered to sell me this;

Its a 650c deep velocity rim laced to a TNT titanium hub with DT swiss spokes.



***He also told me it was polished..... What does that mean? ***

He wants $120 for it. (with tire and tube)
