I went Mtn Biking earlier in the day yesterday and had a rather spectacular crash. Got bored later and left the roadie alone and took off on the hybrid with fatty tires.

mpwd ~ 25/.5 = 50
as ~ 17
m = 0
cgc = 1.5 (I put my mtn bike diaper shorts back on instead of the smuggling plum shorts, but was wearing a long sleeve cotton t-shirt so that seems like a fair value)

so my FCF for my Sunday screw off ride looks to be 4.441.

Problem with the equation. How does one factor in the number of pints of beer ingested at the turn around point on an out and back ride? Also is MCGC a product or a sum?
