My wife has one and she loves it. She uses it for commuting to work and she frequently has a trailer with our daughter. She is especially pleased with the disc brakes but when hauling a trailer around, stopping power is important. The saddle that came with it is not very good and got swiftly switched out. The rest is great, good components and it is a rugged and good looking bike that rides well. So far there has been no major abuse and no long rides/tours but it is used in all kinds of weather although not much in snow.
