OK. I just went to the official site listed in the OP, and the word "water" never appears on the site at all. I assumed if it was water resistant, they'd talk about it.
Personally I really dislike people playing their music and making me listen to it as they drive by, so I'm not going to impose that on others.
I agree completely, one of my co-workers does that. When you go in the break room you get to listen to Insane Clown Posse, I'm sure that they are good, Just not my style.
I listen to my music with the right earbud only. One of my co-workers asked me why I wasn't using the built in speakers. I told her that I thought it was very rude to subject others to my taste in music.
