I'm not big on "anti-bac" soaps. I just use Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap. (If you try it, remember that you need to dilute it or else you'll burn your beanbag)

For running, I used to use Bodyglide. It's a lighter weight lubricant that comes in a stick like a deodorant. Good for thighs, heels, and underarms when running. Not quite heavy enough for cycling, and likewise, a cycling creme is to thick for running. IMO.
