I think it's funny how a company can import a frame from China, do the component assembly and painting in Italy and slap a "Made in Italy" decal for some clueless American Fred to boast about.

OP: if you really want to know WHO built your frame, you probably need to go small-shop custom where you will be on a first name basis with the framebuilder.
