well, im no expert but the frame looks sound.
you know i thought it might be the handlebars myself, but taking everything apart and just looking at the top of the stem, holding the quil at 90 degrees in my hand, its obvious the top of the steam head has a slight twist to it and instead of being perpendicular to the ground it is at a slight angle.

the headset bearings seem ok, but of course i could have missed something....guess ill look them over.

the front wheel actually seems relatively true. its a velocity and i heard those are quite sturdy....


what do you mean by cold setting the forks? do you mean bending them back to position?
