Well, I make sure not to wear cotton socks. The non-cotton socks don't necessarily have to be expensive, but try and buy something that wicks perspiration away from your feet. Trust me - you'll thank me later!
BTW, I've really gotten into the sock thing lately. There are some really cool designs @ your LBS. In fact, I'm @ work now, but I'm sporting a pair of rasta striped socks underneath my pants. No one knows but me!
