After about an hour of saying "ok today im goin' to get it" i finally did,put my balls literally on the stem and just locked my main leg back,beautiful,Now i only skidded for about 2-3 feet,Is there any tricks to skidding longer ? and how do i skid WITHOUT pushing my pelvis forward and i seem to arch my back a little to lock up my legs? im small..(5'7,135 pounds) and that was the only way i could figure out how to do it...I know there is a search button but nothing relevant came up in terms of how to skid LONGER? also no decent information on how to do it without leaning forward,thank you!
