is this possible? I got a super deal on some dura ace brakes that I'm planning on slapping on this SS/Fixed bike I am building. The frame is pretty old so it's not drilled for the recessed bolts.

Is there just a bolt somewhere that I can just thread on and it'll be chill or am I screwed. I don't think it's quite worth it to drill anything on this frame.
