It was originally full Nuovo Record, but I'm sure it shifts a whole lot better now. The front brake has too much reach, but Mafacs were used on the Tour de France model with the same fork. They were delivered with the pads tilted up just like yours.

I wish I could find a powdercoater that I could trust to do as nice a job as yours did.
