+1 on the adjustment.

Back in the early '90's there were plenty of alternative cantilevers made by CNC shops trying to making bike parts of all sorts. I've heard that many of them were looking for anything to do after military contracts ran out. Once the CNC shops ran out of ideas, the Taiwan shops started knocking off their designs at 1/4 the price. What TB has looks like one of those knock-offs.

If it works, fine. If not, sell it at a swap meet.
