The ride was absolute crap. Where were the rude taxi drivers, clueless rollerbladers, potholes, broken beer bottles, and the smell of garbage trucks that we enjoy on rides in the City? Instead, we were subjected to green fields, swans, horses, cows, gently rolling hills, and polite drivers. Oh, the humanity!

Seriously, though, it was a lot of fun. Great ride (even with the wind), and great to meet some other Forum members. Dave was a great host, and dead on when it came to the board of fare at his local taqueria. The fish tacos were pretty damned tasty.

I'd do it again in a heartbeat, and us City folks look forward to hosting either a North Shore or lakefront path sometime soon. June? We'll subject visitors to a bleu cheese burger at Moody's Pub though, chased down with a pitcher of beer.

Thanks!
