Pretty tough race at Carl Dolan 3/4 yesterday. I'm realizing that I can hang in a 3/4 race but not do much else. I apparently used all my energy because I went to sprint and there was nothing there (time to do some tabatas, I think). Got 17th out of the cat 4s. Helped a teammate get a prime though.

I need to go do a 4/5 race to boost my morale...
