I wouldn't chalk it up to fit just yet since you haven't spend that much time in the saddle; it's typical that you'll feel some discomfort until your body is used to the amount time spent in a position you're not used to. If the issues persist then it's worth checking out, and also do some stretching exercises to improve flexibility because that really helped me. I've always been flexible but since I started doing yoga I'm even more flexible.
