That's the only way to shop. My latest shopping trip was to get an estimate on getting the air conditioning fixed in my old "bike hauler". Decided it wasn't worth putting more money into it and left with a new "bike hauler". Now I just need to get the hitch and bike rack installed and it will be ready for those bike trips this summer
