I don't know if you can mount an LD1100 directly to the Tubus rack. You'd need an adapter. Planet Bike sells one but I don't know if it will fit Cateye products. It's cheap so you can always try it. Here's what it looks like with a Planet Bike Super Flash



The mount is reasonable secure, although I put a ziptie around the PBSF. They tend to separate easily and fly off, leaving you with the now useless back part of the the light.
