you should learn to disassemble and put together every single piece of component on the bike if you ask me.
i rewrap my bar about 3 time before i trash them, they get loose, get dirty and get tore up, learning it DIY will save you tons of
time skipping the trip to the LBS.
maybe go watch how to do it for the first time? wrapping the bar is like changing a flat, if you can't do it yourself maybe it's time to ask why.
