The bike you already have is the best bike for the short commute. But if you are enticed by the prospect of buying new I'd go with the Trek Bellville. It's cheaper than the rest, comes with a front and rear rack and lights. I'd venture that a brake pad swap would give you better stopping power. And it looks more interesting than the others, that blue is killer. Plus, it's probably not a hot seller at the LBS so you may find last years model even cheaper.
Get two or three GOOD locks because parts will start dissapearing from a good looking bike like that at the train station.
That Bellville does look nice, but it isn't cheaper than the Torker. And the Torker 3 speed is probably even cheaper than the graduate.
