Yeah, just make sure you have more than 29mm worth of clearance. You should, but it's always smart to know/check.
The 29mm will be comfy and fast.
I'm not a fan of the tread on these, though, but it shouldn't be a problem. I prefer slick (treadless) tires on pavement.
