There's a dude in a blue prom gown and neon green beehive riding a unicycle with a 36" wheel and you spot the dude with the boa?
It was a drag race. I'm the one with the flag pole and pigtails.
As for geared unicycles: a few years ago Schlumpf adapted their two speed internally geared bottom bracket into a unicycle hub. It sells for around $900.
