The best jerseys are the ones you have to earn. You see someone riding in a triple crown or a FC508 jersey you know they did something. Having said that I have 5-6 of those triple crown plaques laying around somewhere, probably with all the brevet medals I used to collect. The funny thing is that when I started doing doubles I really coveted that blue/white jersey but after all these years and who-knows-how-many doubles I never bought one. Guess I'm cheap like Beanz.


SR stands for Super Randoneur. It's a designation given for doing a series of rides (it's a French thing ) of various distances, 200km, 300km, 400km and 600kms. They are a prerequisite for doing longer brevets(rides) in the 1000km-1400km+ range.
