Eggbeaters are ace! I've been using them on my wife's bike to get some practice for when I get my bike this weekend. I don't find them really any different in terms of pedal efficiency but the 4-sided entry is positive and I spend less time looking down as I don't have to spin the clip into alignment like I had to do on my single-entry Shimano clips.
