Wait till you hear about my epic fail tomorrow. I have a 40 km TT coming up on May 1 and this weekend I am on travel without a bike. The training plan has been to dig an enormous hole through tomorrow and then take three days off. Tomorrow I go as hard as I can for 45 minutes on the TT bike. It will be both slow and painful because I have been digging a training hole for almost a week. Tomorrow will totally suck.
Kensuf has already started to taper for it. Smart guy.
