Theres prescription stuff called Hemacort HC. You apply it very sparingly when things flare up. Far better than Prep H. In fact PrepH doesnt even work for me. Its saved me for many many years from having to get a operation. I buy a small tube about once a year on prescription. I personally when things get flared up put a tiny bit on and go to bed and alls good in morning till next time.
