I am about to buy my soon to be 7yr old son his 1st bmx and would like some advice from the experts please. My oh used to 'BMX' ?? many moons ago and he says that we should be getting him a 3 piece crank, however these don't seem to be very popular here in the uk as far as I can see. We have seen a couple of bikes that I like the look off (I am not willing to pay more than £150 for a 7 year old) they are a Piranha 300 http://www.bikes2udirect.com/B2937.html and a diamond back session mag http://www.bikes2udirect.com/B3009.html. Just wondering what if any of these would be the best bet?
