Bikes: 2008 Specialized Stumpy XC Pro, 1993 Specialized Stumpy, 2008 GTR Pro, 2009 Mercier Kilo TT

Kilo TT Stock bars, Soma Cross levers
So, I got a received of Soma cross levers thinking they would fit the stock Kilo bars, but it appears that those bars are not 24 OD. I don't have a caliper can anyone here verify the diameter of the bars? If I had to guess, they are 25.4
