Sure that the guy had a great time with the project, but... stripping the frame, rattlecan painting it and puting these flower decals instead of the correct Ross decals, makes this a customization and not a "restoration". Can you put any more flower stickies on a frame? The paint and the decals were fine before the "restoration". What that guy did was akin to Drewing that bike
