I was always under the impression that all batteries were rated using the 20 hour discharge rating. So how is it that you have a battery rated at 2 hours? This is a new one on me......

However, if your ratings are actually correct then for sure I would think a 12ah @ 2hrs is better then a 12ah @ 20hrs. But like I said I would have to question your 2 hr rating of that battery.
