I wouldn't worry too much about the original parts...the stuff that's on it is very good. I'd ride the heck out of it and enjoy the frame. A Team Miyata is one of the highest remaining on my "WTB" list.

If you do end up wanting to restore to original...definitely go the donor bike route.
