It's disconcerting, but easily handled. Shift weight, loosen grip on bars, make sure your arms are not locked, clamp knees to top tube, and you should be good. I had a really bad speed wobble in a race once at ~55 and for a moment thought I was going to go down and take a whole mess of people out, but remembered to relax and clamp knees and it settled right down.
