Short answer, no.

Nothing in that drivetrain, including the rear wheel is compatible with 105 in its current iteration. You have a freewheel type rear wheel. They've not been found on new high quality road bikes for about 15 years or so.

Sorry, but if 105 is what you want, sell this bike and put the money toward a bike already so equipped. You'll likely spend less money doing so.
