Hello wildchild, welcome to the forums. unfortunatly once a bike is repainted, unless done a reputable painter and to original condition, a bike looses it's identity. the pic is too small to make any ID claims anyway. you best bet is check for date codes on the components, assuming they are original. is that shimano sti? i don't recall a veloce being equipped with shimano
