OP: there's no a priori reason to suspect one frame over another. I wouldn't put any more worry into wobble with carbon than any other material; there are to many other, more important factors.
A stiffer or more flexible frame is not going to
cause the wobble, but it may affect the exact circumstances in which it wobbles. That can be said of pretty much any characteristic of the bike including the weight distribution.
My point was that it is not the flexing of the frame that causes the wobble.
