I am a small dude, 5'8" and probably 130 pounds or so. So, unless the bag is fully loaded up with stuff, the bag slips off my shoulder.

Anyone know how I can replace the strap?

Thanks
did you try contacting chrome? i'm sure they'd fix it for you. if you're looking to get it fixed right away (ie: don't want to wait), see if you can find a store that repairs backpacking equipment.
