Yeah, I can see how that would have a huge impact - the same street is a lot less hair-raising with a bike lane than without. Also an indication - there are certainly a lot more of the... leisurely set rollin' to work these days. The grit-your-teeth-pedal-like-mad-and-hope-for-the-best mentality is a little less necessary, now.
