im just posting this to give my opinion.. if youre buying a headset.. dont even mess around with anything else.. save your money.. sure they are expensive.. but they last.. i bought one in '93.. it was on a mtn bike for 2 years.. then i moved it to and ibis singlespeed for the next 10 years.. its been in the rain, sun, snow.. sat inside, outside, riden everyday, not ridden for 4 months.. etc..come to think of it.. i think its the only piece of equipment that survived 6 months of rainy messengering.. and i just took it off the singlespeed to put on my fixed gear.. it had been sitting in the weeds in the frontyard for the past 6 months.. yes.. during all the califoria rain we had too.. i put a lil oil on it.. and on the track bike and its BUTTER.. so smooth and solid.. still.. seriously.. this is the infomercial pitch.. the best headset i ever had.. and ive had lots.. so dont mess.. just get one if you cherish a smooth and solid front end like me.. and thats one to grow on..
