Donor bike means buying a complete bike with the parts group that you want. It's usually cheaper to buy a complete bike with the group you want and to move it over than it is to buy the parts separately.
I agrees. Buy a donor and swap what need over to the Miyata and what dont want on the Miyata over to the donor bike. Then resell the donor bike.
