There is no issue using a newer steel frame with 130 dropouts and simply clamping the narrower OLN hub in it. Just be sure it's got downtube bosses for the ****ers.Even if it doesn't,you can buy adapter pods from
www.rivbike.com to use your downtube shifters as barends.Ebay is the best bet for a decent frame.Stuff does turn up in thrift stores and garage sales,but you spend lots of time looking there too.
