Mr. Beanz, California is a big state. And we have plenty of flat windy rides here in the Valley (and no, I don't mean Burbank). So, I'd imagine Kansans and Floridians could do well on our races and rides.
I don't race and harldy know the scene so, do other states ever come do the races? I'm talking "non Lance TDF" level teams.
I ask becaue when I played softball tournaments, teams form other states would sometimes show.
