Depending on the start time I have my usual breakfast (oatmeal or bagel with pb) and 2-3 hours before race time I have a poptart...(banana split flavor for important races)...then a red bull about an hour before start time...how fast you want to go is directly proportional to the rarity of the poptart flavor...so for a B race strawberry is fine...
