Pretty much bottom of the market Japanese-made bike from probably late 1960s to very early 1970s. Probably has Shimano 3.3.3. components, with derailleurs such as Eagle or Falcon or such. Look for "333" super tiny on the rear derailleur cogs (once you scrape away the gunge.)
