Hmm, the queen is impressed by a business that creates 60 jobs in 6 years. Must be tough economy over there.
It's not so much an economy, as a country teetering on recession. However, it's not the creation of 60 jobs which is being noted, the Queens Award in this case is for technical innovation, and increases in exports, neither of which may be disparaged. :-)

Her Maj traditionally gives the award to smaller enterprises, often with fewer than 200 employees. Thus the percentage increase in employees is considered notable.
